What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of moment-to-moment awareness in the midst of one’s daily activities.  It is a balance of awareness of one’s surroundings and focus within his/her actions.  Mindfulness is about responding rather than reacting.

By adopting the practice of mindfulness, one can regain focus and relaxation — both separately and in tandem.  As a result, mindfulness will cure pandemic paranoia, such as stress and anxiety that might be plaguing your productivity at this time.
